Information you give us
The request form collects your name, phone, optional email, location, type of work, timing, and the details you type.
Information collected automatically
We don't run advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this site. Our web host may keep standard access logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, for security and troubleshooting.
How we use and share it
If you check the consent box, we send your request to one independent tree service provider that covers your area, so they can contact you about your request. We also use it to reply to you ourselves, for example if no provider covers your address. We may count requests by month and type and share those totals with the provider without your contact details.
We use service providers to run the site: Web3Forms for form delivery, our web host, and our email provider. They handle data only to provide those services to us. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
We don't sell your personal information or send it to multiple companies.
Texts and calls
With your consent, we or the provider may call, text, or email you about your request. You don't have to consent to buy anything. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or email [email protected].
How long we keep it
We keep request records for 24 months, then delete them. Email us to ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion. Once a request has gone to the provider, they hold their own copy under their own policies. We'll tell you who they are.
Children
This site isn't intended for children under 13.
